Biofeedback
By monitoring your child's involuntary physical responses — such as breathing, pulse, heart rate, temperature, muscle tension and brain activity — the biofeedback equipment helps your child refine and perfect relaxation exercises. Most people who use biofeedback have found it effective in managing stress and their headaches. Once your child is experienced with biofeedback, he or she will not need the equipment.
