Serotonin

Serotonin is a neurotransmitter compound critical to the nervous system. Sufferers of migraine and other headaches probably have altered serotonin processing, which results in blood vessel dilation, inflammation and resultant pain. Many medications that are effective in both preventing and aborting migraine and other vascular headaches modify serotonin actions.

“I just wanted to take a minute or two to let you know how very informative my husband and I found the presentation which was held in St. Louis a couple of weekends ago. We walked away with a lot of information and didn't feel so all alone and confused.”
