With a planned gift to the National Headache Foundation, you can combine your desire to give to charity with your overall financial, tax and estate planning goals. Your planned gift gives you a special connection with the NHF. You will help those suffering from recurring headaches and migraines—for now and for years to come.

Gifts by Will

Specific Bequest

“I give to the National Headache Foundation, whose national office is presently located at 820 N. Orleans, Suite 217, Chicago, IL 60610, [the sum of __ ($__) or describe property] to be used for general purposes (or you can specify for what purpose you would like your donation used).”

– or –

Residual Bequest

“I give to the National Headache Foundation, whose national office is presently located at 820 N. Orleans, Suite 217, Chicago, IL 60610, [all or percent (__%)] of the rest, residue and remainder of [my or the trust] estate, to be used for general purposes (or you can specify for what purpose you would like your donation used).”
