Terms of Service: The National Headache Foundation Blog
Member’s use of the National Headache Foundation Blog are subject to the following rules and requirements. The National Headache Foundation (“NHF”) and its administrators and moderators reserve the right to take appropriate action for violations of the following rules. The National Headache Foundation through its administrators and moderators is the sole judge as to whether a member’s conduct violates the rules of use.
1. Respect For Other Users
All members of the National Headache Foundation (NHF) blog forum are required to respect the opinions and presence of other members of the blog forum. Users are welcome to engage in challenging and spirited debate, but rudeness or other objectionable conduct (as determined by NHF) will not be tolerated. The NHF reserves the right to terminate blog access for members who engage in such conduct. Individuals are to contact a moderator or administrator and shall not engage in retaliatory conduct or take matters into their own hands.
2. Respect For Other People
Disrespectful personal comments about any other person are not acceptable. The NHF welcomes constructive discussions about other’s work and treatment regimens; however, anything regarded as a personal affront is contrary to our usage rules.
3. Respect For The Blog Forum
Posting unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of commercial solicitation will not be tolerated.
By using NHF’s blog you agree not to post any material that is false, defamatory, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, invades a person's privacy or violates any applicable regulation, statute or ordinance.
4. Respect For Copyright
Violation of a copyright in any way is expressly forbidden.
Links to sites that have information regarding trading are forbidden. Links to online video that violates copyright (such as YouTube clips) are forbidden.
5. Respect For The Staff (Administrators and Moderators)
The National Headache Foundation Blog is under the sole authority of its administrators. Members of this blog forum are required to follow the instructions of staff administrators at all times. Questioning administrator’s actions or authority in public messages is not acceptable. Differences in opinions about a staff member’s behavior or judgment should be respectfully directed toward the administrators via email, specifically, not in the blog.
6. NHF Blog User Agreement
By both registering and actively using this blog forum, you agree that you and you alone, are responsible for the content of your own posts and blog comments, and you agree to hold harmless the National Headache Foundation, its administrators, and other staff members, and its registered posters. Therefore, by using this discussion forum, you shall indentify and hold the owner of http://www.headaches.org, the blog forum's administrators and moderators, the National Headache Foundation, their staff, and agents, harmless from and against any liability (including libel and slander), claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) relating to any acts or omissions by users or to materials or information transmitted by users in connection with the use of the Web site, or blog discussion forum. You understand that each message expresses the views of its author, and not necessarily the views of the blog forum’s administrators or staff or any entity associated with the Web site, the National Headache Foundation, or any other organization.
