Lee Benton
Lee Benton is Senior Counsel in the Palo Alto, California office of Cooley Godward Kronish LLP. He was a partner in Cooley Godward Kronish, serving as Managing Partner and as Chair of its business department. He is the co-author of Venture Capital and Public Offering Negotiation and numerous articles, served as Executive Editor of The University of Chicago Law Review and was a teaching fellow at Stanford Law School.
