Low Grade Infections

allergy-18656_640People prone to migraines can have their migraines aggravated by low grade infections. Examples of these include:

  • Influenza
  • Common cold
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Sinus infections

These infections as well as others may by themselves cause headaches. This is most notable with influenza. The headache associated with this condition may be quite severe and poorly responsive to analgesics.
