Mr. Joshua Friedman joined the Board of Directors of the NHF in May, 2013. In 1988, he founded the Law Offices of Joshua Friedman, which is a civil rights law firm, which exclusively litigates employment class actions, and hostile work, school, and housing environment claims on the plaintiff’s side.
He received his B.A. in Economics at Columbia College, and his Juris Doctor at Columbia Law School, in New York City. Mr. Friedman served as a Litigation Associate at Barrett Smith, and as an Antitrust Associate at Skadden, Arps, Meagher, Slate & Flom.
Mr. Friedman has frequently served as a speaker on employment law issues. Currently, he is a Board Member and Vice President on the National Employment Lawyers Association (NY).
With his wife and daughter, Mr. Friedman resides in Mamaroneck, New York.
